1.Research and Development
10 more professional, originality- oriented designers in our R&D Dept. equipped with EAT system from Germany and Takemura system from Japan, are engaged in the developing process from designing, drawing to sample making.
2. Knitting
Yarn twisting and warping play a very important role before knitting. To ensure and stabilize the quality, we have imported high-speed fully automatic twisting machine from Switzerland & warping machines to maintain the stability of the production. New computerized knitting machines which can improve the production efficiency, to offer the variety and delicacy of the products have been added to replace the traditional chaining machines; knitted greige is strictly inspected to ensure the quality before dyeing.
3. Dyeing
We have a specialized dyeing laboratory with more than 10 dyeing technicians responsible for the test of color adjustment and dyeing for the customers samples. The lab is equipped with color analyzer, automatic dispenser, IR dyer, sample shaper, hydraulic tester and color evaluation lamp. Once the customers confirm the samples, we will start the consistent procedure with computerized refiners from Germany as well as the dyers from 50-kgs to 500-kgs and high temperature stenter.
4. Inspection:
After dyeing process, the certified Limited Brands Golden Laboratory will carry out different testing procedures for the laces to ensure all customers' testing requirements are met. The laboratory is equipped with these facilities to perform testing activities as...

5. QA & Packaging
